Use of Postiz Lemar

You agree to use Postiz Lemar lawfully and responsibly. You must not interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse integrations, or use Postiz Lemar to violate the rights of others.

Accounts and access

Some Postiz Lemar features require an account and may require connection to third-party platforms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, credentials, and connected services.

Content and permissions

You retain responsibility for content you upload, publish, schedule, or otherwise process through Postiz Lemar. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, upload, schedule, and publish that content.

TikTok integration

When using Postiz Lemar with TikTok, you are responsible for ensuring that all videos, captions, and other content you upload, schedule, save, or publish comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, developer policies, and applicable laws.

Postiz Lemar only posts content to TikTok accounts that you authorize through TikTok Login Kit. TikTok upload and publishing actions use TikTok's Content Posting API and are performed only after you choose content and request the relevant action within Postiz Lemar.

Third-party services

Postiz Lemar may connect to third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, storage providers, analytics tools, or infrastructure services. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

Lemar Systems Ltd and its licensors retain ownership of our websites, applications, software, branding, designs, and other intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer Postiz Lemar except as permitted by law or by applicable open-source licenses.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Postiz Lemar at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemar Systems Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party services, content publishing decisions, or reliance on service output.
